20.01.2022 WE HEARD YOU Due to popular demand we have just released Morning & Afternoon Session passes! Morning Session Pass... includes Sadhana from 5am (AEDT) through to 1pm (the end of lunch with Shunya) Afternoon Session Pass Includes Lunch from 12.15pm (AEDT) with live music and mantra from Shunya through to the closing ceremony at 5pm. You can drop into the festival at any time during your session pass. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED A FULL DAY PASS - Your ticket now includes a recording of all of the breakout sessions which will be emailed to you following the festival for you to playback and experience the full festival offerings. TICKETS & BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS Please make sure you have received your booking confirmation as they include your zoom links and passwords that you will need on Sunday! Elena will lead us through a kriya for the Physical Body (number 5), a personal favourite of hers. Mel then guides us with a chanting Meditation for the Ether Tattva, a powerful meditation for releasing fear and building trust through the power of the word. And we will finish in a deep relaxation with Lili Wyant using her gong. Elena (Simranpreet) has ...been teaching Kundalini Yoga in Christchurch since her move down south from Russia in 2009. She has been studying the yoga with a lot of different teachers from various countries during her multiple trips across the globe to seek guidance from the best (Karta, Shiv Charan, GuruDev, GuruJivan just to mention a few) Lili is also based in Dunedin and has been embodying the practices of Kundalini since 2013 and sharing their benefits to the Dunedin community and beyond since 2019. 04.01.2022 What was special about todays Kundalini Yoga Festival was the pioneering hybrid of holding dual space for a community gathering / festival / classes / workshops in person and online, so in other words, worldwide connections and local connections, simultaneously and making that work across a technological divide that dissolved with humor and patience and letting go to accept what is, at times, and helping each other through. We were blessed to see four seasons roll through in... one day in Karekare, and we spent an extended lunch together with beautiful shared food and a fire, and a magnificent view out over the ocean, and then visited a very special Pouwhenua (land post) that drew together many of the topics key to the festivals themes. 12 Hours of Kundalini Yoga, chanting and singing beautiful Mantra, and soul connection.
