25.01.2022 Kununurra Speedway Club would like to thank JSW for the continued support over the decades with donations and sponsorship. Your support to our club is much appreciated. A huge thank you for donating all the concrete required to build new panels to re-align and repair our track wall. Also a big thanks to Metal Land for donating the mesh. Without business’s like yours our club would not be possible.

24.01.2022 ***WORKING BEE 21st NOVEMBER*** Committee/members/general public: We are having a working bee on Saturday 21st November at 6am at the Kununurra Speedway.... We wish to attend to some general maintenance and gardening within the grounds. Meet at the club from 6am. Please assist by bringing: -Rakes/Shovels/Weed Sprayers -Bring plenty of water, sun protection and gloves. 24.01.2022 Progress off work happening at the track thanks to BJ for the massive effort you have put in after work making new gates. Trevor and Ayden for painting the stewards box and to Charlie campbell for your help hanging gate today Argyle Engerneering for donating materials for the new gates.

22.01.2022 Good evening all drivers, We would like to invite all drivers for day light inspections and engine sealing on Friday evening the 9th of April and Saturday the 10th of April at Burt and Jenny Knights shed. This is the only location and time allocation so please be available or make arrangements for your cars to be there. We have two scrutineers locked in for this weekend only. 20.01.2022 This morning’s working bee, thanks to Camlismar & Swan Stabilizer for all the work that was done on the track. Kennards hire for 8t excavator and David Bowyer from east Kimberly tilt tray for moving excavator, clint Morley for use off your bob cat, thanks to Dale Ryanair for helping out with grading the track Also thanks to everyone else who came out today.

19.01.2022 The Kununurra Speedway committee would like to advise that all 2019 members memberships have been carried forward into 2020 season due to the Covid and cancellations of season. We would like to encourage all members to attend 2020 AGM on Friday the 23rd of October at Ord Irrigation at 5:30pm.

17.01.2022 Please note there will be a busy Bee being held the weekend of Saturday 24th April 6am at the track. We ask anyone who is free and can lend a hand to get the track up and running for when we start the season. There has been a lot of work done, but still needs a few more things done before we can get our season underway. Thanks to all those who have been able to help out, donate or lend time or equipment and supplies. We appreciate any help. Below is a list of things that nee...d to be done Fence panel kitchen set up. Spray weeds Grade pits and spectator’s area Tidy between catch fence and spectator’s fence Put pit fence up. Floor in ablution block put tank back up on stand at canteen. Put tank at ablution block. We hope to see you there for the Busy bee.

15.01.2022 Test and tune 1st May 4 pm All drivers wanting to test tune cars will need to be licensed and have paid club membership. Track is looking good a lot of work has gone on at the track this weekend to get track ready look forward to seeing all drivers and interested people next weekend. Kindly donated by mitre 10 Thanks to Heather and Jenny for lending a hand today, muchly appreciated and thanks to Ben and Tahnee for bringing yours cars down for show, the kids loved having a browse. We also had a lovely young lady come down to give the kids some body art, thanks for lending your time

09.01.2022 We would like to advise everyone that there will be busy bee’s on Saturday the 29/8, 5/9 and 12/9 to complete works on the wall. We will be pouring new panels onsite on the 29th and the 5th and completing installations on the 12th. Any help with these works would be greatly appreciated.
