16.01.2022 Sustainable House Day - this Sunday 16th Sept 10 am till 4 pm Our "display" house is Open. Come and take a look at how the design has turned out - from paper plans to steel and tile. We focused on passive cooling, cross ventilation, outdoor indoor connection and lifetime accessibility. It's still a work in progress'with gardens and carports yet to design and build. 03.01.2022 Nearly finished! Our builders NQ Sheds and Patios have entered our display house in the local Master Builders Awards. Here are a couple of the photos, complete with furniture, courtesy of virtual staging. Amazing what they can do these days. Still the finish is brilliant and fresh, the space feels very generous inside the house. Thanks to architect Tony Rose and project builder Luke Jager
