According to the 2016 census, almost 400,000 South Australians were born overseas, and 270,000 speak a language other than English at home. For this reason, the SBS multilingual portal is a vital source of health information for our richly diverse State. For news and information about Coronavirus in your language, please visit the link below. If you have questions specific to your personal health, please call the National Coronavirus Health Information Hotline on 1800 020 080 and interpreting services are available on 131 450. And please, remember to practice social distancing, stay home where you can and keep washing those hands.

02.01.2022 We would like to share this project honouring Kamran, one of our members who tragically passed away in 2014. This bench, at UniSA East Campus, represents all the contributions from Kamran’s friends, who helped design, fund and implement the beautiful piece. Kamran’s family would like to thank all who contributed to the fundraising efforts. This project for Kamran is open for all to visit. 02.01.2022 As we stand with Australians today to remember and pay tribute to those who paid the ultimate sacrifice, we also remember and pay tribute to the Kurdish fighters currently on the front lines fighting for the same values: Peace, prosperity and freedom. At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them. Lest we forget.
