24.01.2022 Porkers lapping up the full cream milk. Must be nearing the 20kg mark now

21.01.2022 Good news! The smoked goods are back from the smokehouse! We've sold all the whole hams but have sliced leg ham off the bone and bacon by 5kg or 1kg lots! All are cryovacced so will last 2-3 weeks in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer. We still have sausages and a selection of roast joints still available. The flavour is amazing. We enjoyed a rolled loon on the weekend!

17.01.2022 Almost there! After weeks and weeks of love, protein and daily eggs and dairy, the piggies are nearly ready to go to market. They've hit the magic 40kg mark which will provide nice juicy and flavoursome meat in nice small cuts. It's always sad to see them go but we know they've had the very best life possible and will bring happiness to many a bbq, oven and plate shortly. The first batch will head off to the smokehouse this weekend and will deliver heavenly traditional smok...ed bacon and ham in about three weeks time. We will have the first batch of fresh cuts (roasts, chops and traditional pork snags) in about a week and a half. We will post the price list shortly and encourage early orders. We've already pre-sold 3 of the 8 pigs so get your orders in fast! Cheers
