24.01.2022 Dear friends and customers, The team in Kuroneko Ramen thank you for all the messages of support and encouragement. From Monday 23 March we will follow government directives to operate as a takeaway shop. Please note our revised trading hours until further notice. Monday to Sunday from 11 am to 8 pm with last orders at 7:45 pm. This situation is new for many people and we seek your patience if our phone line is engaged on your first attempt. We are looking at providing other means of ordering and will update soonest. Of course the option to walk in to place an advance order is available.

16.01.2022 Dear friends and customers, Thank you one and all for the support. While the NBN saga continues we have managed to get help from Telstra Small Business department! We managed to divert our phone 20 minutes ago. Kudos to the Telstra staff who managed to do in 2 hours what a cast of thousands in NBN must emulate. Glad to say business as usual. Again our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

12.01.2022 Hello friends and customers, Our telephone number is correct - we discovered our line was "deactivated" from copper to NBN. But NBN cannot fix our line as our "connection" is not "completed". Helps if the technician actually came as per appointment yesterday. Rest assured we are open - our frustration is with Telstra and NBN (which is now also part of Telstra). I think this organisation should be renamed as Incompetence Inc but that's just my opinion. I am sure we are not th...e first and will never be the last. Apologies for any inconvenience caused - we tried to rectify this since 11:15 am this morning. I have spent more than 3 hours on the phone being passed around like a hot potato but still no joy. Cannot even forward our landline to a mobile phone. I had to check we are not living in a third world city masquerading as Sydney.

09.01.2022 SUTHERLAND SHIRE SISTER CITY ASSOCIATION IS LOOKING FOR FAMILIES AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TO JOIN THE SUTHERLAND SHIRE SISTER CITY STUDENT PROGRAM 2019 Experience Japanese culture without leaving home by becoming a host family to students from Chuo, Japan for 8 nights from Friday 26 July until 3 August 2019. No Japanese language skills are needed, just a friendly welcome home. Places are also available for students who would like to travel to Japan from 25 September to 1...1 October. Students will take part in homestay, attend school, visit Tokyo Disneyland, volunteer in community projects, tour Tokyo, travel by Shinkansen to Kyoto and visit the historic site of Nara. Participate in either program, or both! Applications to host and/or travel to Japan are now being accepted and will close June 1 2019 at 9.00pm. 07.01.2022 To all our friends and customers. We will be closed from Good Friday to Easter Monday. Re-opening for takeaway on Tuesday 14 April. Please celebrate a safe long weekend.

06.01.2022 Dear friends and customers, Today marks our 7th anniversary since Kuroneko Ramen first started. Unfortunately we are unable to mark this occasion with any celebration. However we are happy to inform you we will follow NSW health's COVID19 update. 1. This means we will open to seating up to 10 customers at any one time. 2. Our trading hours return to 9 pm close with last orders at 8:45 pm.... 3. We will continue to provide take away service. Please note we will practice social distancing regulations and allocate seating. We trust good sense will prevail and hope more good news to follow.
