08.01.2022 Been pretty quiet of late, COVID-19 has decimated the live music scene and I have been missing it terribly. I’d been doing almost all the gigs at Transit Bar for the last year or so, but while we’ve all been in lockdown Transit has shut down. Hopefully they find a new space to get up and running by the time we all come out the other side of this thing. I’ve recently been given the opportunity to mix two versions of the same track, one acoustic folk style, and the other blac...k metal. That’s been very enjoyable, and nice to do something creative after weeks of sitting around doing very, very little. I finally sold my big PA, it was hard to let go, but I hadn’t used it since leaving The Basement. Hopefully it will make a lot of EDM tweakers happy when the young bloke that bought it gets things going! I still have a little system in a van, but it rarely gets used either. I’m considering selling it, ask me for details if you’re interested, be great for a wedding DJ or something.

03.01.2022 You should go and see Good Mates With P Plates. Young blokes doing rock, and doing it bloody well. Their cover of never tear us apart is bloody excellent.
