25.01.2022 KOD recently won the job to install a disabled access ramp at the IDWA building @ st brigids in northbridge. This job involved deconstruction of existing planter boxes, relaying two new limestone walls, installation of both new and existing pavers. With all ticks and nothing but positive feedback from the project managers we hope to be doing more of this work in the future.

24.01.2022 Last week saw one of our teams down in byford doing this front and back yard. At the front we installed a natural earth block retaining wall to level the slope, followed by extending entrance paving out, Installed Australian made Windsor artificial turf to both sides of driveway and finished removing existing lawn in verge area and spreading mulch. At the rear we installed Freostone grey wood stone deck and Windsor artificial turf to either side. Our client was amazed by the transformation. Our review says it all. 23.01.2022 It’s been a while we have uploaded as we have been working in numerous projects. This overhaul was completed in Hillarys where the vision was simplecreate an outdoor entertaining area so we got to work. Dealing with a slopped backyard we removed 100m3 of soil and grass, we built one of our quality built engineered limestone walls with a recessed staircase up to the higher level, terraced garden bed to enable us to retain the fence line which we continued around to the back... of pool including a seat recess. We then installed complete drainage system to catch all water off the large 80m3 skillion patio that was installed. Up the top we installed Australian made 30mm California artificial lawn and finished the area with 150sqm of Freostone Atlantis French pattern travertine. 23.01.2022 This was a nice quick one for us in Willetton . In just three days we removed and disposed Of everything, built a small limestone retaining wall, installed Soakwells and channel Drain. 19.01.2022 We returned back to one of our awesome clients who we completed there backyard a year back to complete the front yard. Concept was simple to provide a flat level and semi private lawn area up top and plenty of parking down the bottom. KOD hooked into it and removed 60m3 of sand and grass. Built one of our popular front limestone walls. Paved the verge area with midland brick promenade limestone pavers with a charcoal master pave border. Finished it off with automatic retic, buffalo turf and recycled asphalt parking bay near the garage. Client is wrapped to have completed his entire property now. 19.01.2022 Nice little front yard Reno just completed in banksia grove, removed slope by putting in small retainer in natural earth blocks to match the estate. Installed shale grey perimeter fencing to secure the area and paved the upper area and verge with matching pavers. Nice little 2.5 day revamp.

17.01.2022 Been a while as we have been swamped with many quotes and new jobs booked in. The below job was one of our subdivision packages where we retained three boundaries on this huge 2000m2 lot in tapping. Once wall was built we filled behind it to Make levels with top of retainer. We then installed colour bond fencing to give this lot a seperate title.

15.01.2022 Been a while but we haven’t had a chance to upload some of our projects we are completing around Perth metro. This one was in Alkimos wanted a revamp If there front and back yard. Plain and simple But always effective. In the rear was cappuccino French pattern paving, limestone raised planter boxes finished with composite Floating seat. Front was a strip out of old lawn and plants. Wall extension with new piers, aluminium slat infills driveway extension for another car space and finished with new sir Walter premium turf. Nice little makeover completed by the team at KOD

15.01.2022 KOD just completed this backyard in Cottesloe. After there was a massive old pool in the middle it was filled in. And we made it into a huge level lawned play area for the kids. Down the rear we made a path central to the yard and opened up the corner by removing some trees and spreading Marri wood chips for the play ground to be installed on top. Installed large 1m limestone blocks to edge the lawn area, midland brick ashlar paving to the front and sides of decked area and house along with playground area. Finished it off by mulching all garden beds and installing automatic retic to irrigate the freshly layed sir Walter buffalo turf. Clients we speechless with the transformation.

15.01.2022 Another front yard we completed in wanneroo. We removed all existing blocks and lawn and installed a council approved limestone retaining/screen wall for this client to safely secure there vehicle behind a gate access we made on the side. Only a couple Days we transformed the look of this place.

12.01.2022 Nice little one the team completed in greenwood. In just 2.5 days we cleared and removed grass on proposed footprint. Installed raised planter box with a sand pit attached to RHS. Elevated platform finished with midland brick promenade pavers steel grey colour to complete the fire pit. Also installed two soakwells for there ongoing drainage problems. Owners were amazed in the quick transformation.

10.01.2022 Due to recent storm this property in bullcreek the entire 34m of super 6 came down. Behind the wall there was a poorly built brick wall that didn’t help the fence situation. With other contractors wanting to use aluminium plinths to retain the entire 600mm because any other retaining method wouldn’t be able to be done. Not at KOD. With the right tight access equipment we were able to install a quality limestone retainer with a backing block to create a new foundation for a classic cream Colour bond fence. 07.01.2022 We were back at one of our great clients house we did some work earlier in the year to brick in the back of the garage and make it into a feature wall with an outdoor shower. Using Freostone black quartz cladding it added a nice finishing touch to this awesome yard.

05.01.2022 One of our larger projects we have just completed. This huge corner block had so much wasted space. The transformation included. - tree and shrubs removal. - all earthworks. - Council approved, engineered and certified front terraced retaining wall with piers. - colourbond fencing install.... - backfilling and compaction. - Australian made artificial lawn to upper courtyard. -aluminium slats powder coated to match fencing. - automatic reticulation system. - sir Walter premium buffalo. - plants to terrace garden beds and mulched verge. - re configuration and extension of driveway using existing pavers and some new as old ones are obsolete. All in all everyone in the area couldn’t believe the transformation and with 3 quote requests and one certain job already in the same street it’s safe to say it was only the clients we impressed was everyone who drive past. 02.01.2022 We have been quiet on Facebook but have been completely opposite onsite. This large limestone job was carried out in two stages as once stage one which was the front screen wall With pillars and have the driveway wall to replace rocks was done the owner could see the quality of work and wanted the rest of the parking area looking the same. We continued up the driveway replacing old tired walls and removing a steep bank. He now has distinct edging to his driveway and a fully enclosed front screen wall. We are completely booked for the remaining of 2020 so unfortunately not taking on anymore work. 02.01.2022 KOD just completed paving this huge 380sqm area using recycled red bricks at a property in Henley brook. Recycled reds are an awesome way to bring our a rustic feel and with the plans this owner has it’s going to look awesome when he starts to host weddings out there.
