24.01.2022 Galungan is a Balinese holiday celebrating the victory of dharma over adharma. It marks the time when the ancestral spirits visit the Earth. The last day of the celebration is Kuningan, when they return. The date is calculated according to the 210-day Balinese calendar. It is related to Diwali, celebrated by Hindus in other parts of the world, which also celebrates the victory of dharma over adharma Diwali, however, is held at the end of the year. May all the blessings always be with us. We wish you a happy, healthy, and peaceful day

Acara Perkenalan dan silahturahmi dengan DCM (Wakil Dubes) Bpk Syarif Alatas, Konjen Sydney Bpk Heru Subolo dan tim dari Sydney dan Canberra akhir pekan lalu yang di hadiri oleh ketua dari ormas yang berada di Brisbane & Gold Coast. Pada meeting tersebut di bahas mengenai perlindungan WNI, IA CEPA/Info yang berguna tentang kerja sama Indonesia & Australia, Vaccine/Covid dll. Acara ini di selenggarakan oleh PIQ dengan support dari beberapa ormas IMCQ, MMB, IDNQ, ICF dan KICA.

01.01.2022 Wayang kulit is a traditional form of puppet-shadow play originally found in the cultures of Java, Bali, and Lombok in Indonesia. In a wayang kulit performance, the puppet figures are rear-projected on a taut linen screen with a coconut-oil (or electric) light. The dalang(shadow artist) manipulates carved leather figures between the lamp and the screen to bring the shadows to life.
