In light of the current situation we want to assure all our clients that we have put strict policies in place for you protection. . .... 1. Hand sanitiser will be available on the front counter and each client station of the salon for yourself and our staff to use through out the day. | 2. Each staff member has been issued with a personal hand sanitiser to use before, during and after your service. | 3. Every bench station and chair is cleaned with antibacterial disinfectant after each client. | 4. Wraps and towels are put straight into the wash after each use and NOT re used on another client. | 5. At this stage we are still offering tea, coffee, water and magazines . . We will re asses what is in the best in the best interest of clients and staff health and safety as new upto date information comes to light. . . 14.01.2022 Hi everyone! I’m just popping on here to let you all know that I’m going to be making an effort to use this page a lot more as currently I don’t get on anywhere near enough! I have a few things to let you all know and keep you updated 1. I’m going to post at the start of each month what appointment availability’s there are. 2. we will always still going to have our cancellation list running as this is in high demand.... 3. Janelle is going on Maternity leave shorty and welcoming her second Bub to the world her last day in salon will be Saturday the 20th of March. 4. With Janelle going on maternity leave I ask that everyone try and be as organised with appointments as possible as I don’t want to be leaving people disappointed but will always do my best to fit in where possible. However we currently run at 6-8 weeks booked out ahead of time. This is where the cancellation list works really well for us now. 5. We have a new salon contact number 0483 881 464 6. Please also remember that we do have a late cancellation fee if you cancel within 36 hours of you appointment time or don’t show to your appointment we have a 50% charge that is due ASAP before your next appointment. We don’t like having to enforce this salon policy however it is unfair to us as a small business and to all our clients that miss out on an appointment they would have love to of had. In saying this we understand things do happen and it’s all apart of life and our time is very valuable if someone does fill the appointment you were booked into we will waiver the 50% fee just to make it only fair by you as well 7. We also have some new products arriving in salon shortly we will still be stocking our much loved range of Eleven Australian hair care and slick sticks but we are adding in some extra goodies to provide to our clients.
