21.01.2022 The ELITE 2000 & PROFILE 1400 are on their way to Australia - Australian approval is pretty much complete and we hope to have the final tick of approval ready for when they land in the country. For a limited time the BBQ's will be supplied with a Quick Release Rail Mount as standard.
08.01.2022 Lasagne https://ecs.page.link/LbtVz Using a marine gas oven to make a delicious lasagna. Every time I cook using these ovens, the results as fantastic. Understanding how to cook in a gas oven, means meals as goods as cooking at home in a $5,000 oven. There are a couple of tricks:... 1. Increase your heat by about 10-15%. Depending on your oven, gas requires you to increase the heat from waht you would normally cook at. SO if the temps say !80 Celsius, then make the oven about 200 Celsius to 210 Celsius. First few time monitor it to understand your particular oven. 2. Increase your time of cooking by about 10%. These ovens use natural convection, and need time to heat the air, adding a bit of time, makes allowances for this. Enjoy the video, and cook up your own storm. Cheers

She has some excellent recipes. This was simple, and really tasty. The crew here woofed it down quick smart.We cooked in an ENO oven cooker. Just showing that even with limited space, you can cook up a b...loody good meal with limited ingredients.The clown cooking and talking is me, so you already know I am not made for the camera. So comments about the "Monk (You will understand once you see the back of the head)" or "Friar tucks brother" and him being the better looking one will be ignored, unless they are seriously funny.
