16.01.2022 Our Hush Pants in black pinstripe linen, now in stock and selling fast. This season, we looked backwards to look forwards. We wanted Chronicle to really tell our story and so, each piece that we created for Chronicle was based off an existing piece in our archives. Not a single new silhouette was created, and our aim of designing like this was to stand by our principle that clothing doesnt need to be trend based, and can timeless; built to last and be loved. Secondly, the design process in itself had started to feel intrinsically wasteful every 6 months we re-invented the wheel with no time for thoughtful reflection. We have learnt lessons about ourselves and the fashion industry, and we have made decisions that will shape our business over the years to come.... We highly recommend pre-orders this season, as many of our Chronicle styles are incredibly limited. Most of our styles will be produced in hand numbered editions like an artwork to treasure. #ipreview via @preview.app

07.01.2022 Who would have thought that this little piece of fabric would have become so important to our business, and in the lives of all Victorians. After crashing our site many times and selling out in record time, we have finally caught up with demand. Our masks are in stock and shipping now. Made of 3 layers of cotton blend fabric, with a filter insert, our of our own production surplus fabrics. We also recycle all fabric offcuts from the manufacture of our masks, and give $5 from every purchase to a rotating charity focussing on Covid. Thank you to everyone who has purchased one so far

06.01.2022 SAVE THE DATE! CHRONICLE featuring artist @charlottealldis launches for pre-order this Wednesday 02 September 2020 at 5pm Charlottes paintings are so full of emotion, love and joy. We have looked toward Charlottes print over the dark months of winter to inspire ourselves, keep strength and faith, and keep looking forward. The original painting by Charlotte was painted as a birthday gift for her best friend you can feel the love that exists in the brushstrokes of the work that Charlotte made. It is the perfect joyful celebration to punctuate the end of a dark and difficult winter.

03.01.2022 Six years ago nearly to the day, the door to our beautiful Melbourne city store opened for the very first time. It was considered a triumph at the time - for a small, independent brand like us to open a flagship store, especially in such a prominent and historic location. Around that time was when Emporium first opened its doors, and many international fast-fashion brands had hit Australian shores for the first time. We took that chance to stand up to the fast fashion giants then, and the fight certainly hasnt left us! We still stand up in their face and say theres another way. Our way is laced with kindness, and respect. And we cant wait to open those doors up again
