13.01.2022 I've really had a lot of amazing and anxious moments during the covid situation, I have never been good at all at not knowing what's ahead of me and my mind goes into spin mode. So when this all kicked off I had so many fears about life, what's going to happen, am I going to survive this (financially, visa wise, personally) but it's also gave me more thinking time too, everyone wants to rush back to "normal", but do you? What parts of this situation have you enjoyed? For me i...t's the later mornings and extra sleep, more time with myself going for walks, the flexibility in doing some online so I can see my partner @iam.jasonh on a Friday evening and spend the whole weekend with him and not just part of it....I think some of these aspects definitely have to stick around, and how do you do that? Be stubborn about it, ask for help if you need it, get that extra support to make a positive change going forward. Make a new normal! #newnormal See more



11.01.2022 Not the best session today, my body (back and hamstrings just wouldn’t do what I wanted them to) but I’m not gonna get frustrated, I used to get really despondent after a sub par session but now I just put it into perspective. Not every session is perfect and one bad (I’m used to doing more sumo but working on conventional now more) session in 6 weeks is bloody good #grinding #eachsessioncounts #letsgo
