23.01.2022 Homemade Peking Ducks with Pancakes To begin with a perfect Peking Ducks at home, firstly come buy a roast duck from us!!! It only cost you $31 for one whole duck and it will be enough for 4 to 5 people. How to serve... 1. Cut duck meat into slices 2. Heat up Peaking duck pancake (steam or microwave for 1 minute) 3. Cut cucumber into strips 4. Cut spring onion into strips 5. Hoisin Sauce Arrange all items on a platter and let everyone to wrap their own. There's no right or wrong way of eating, you can add more duck meat in one or more cucumber in the others. Just roll it up and enjoy! We have other barbecue items including the barbecue pork, roast pork, soy chicken. If you are looking for a simple lunch or dinner, we also have rice boxes available, it comes with the meat of your choice, rice and seasonal vegetables. We open 7 days a week from 9am to 7pm.
