09.01.2022 Kwiktech Kills 50x50! Kwiktech configures galvanised RHS 38x25x1.2 RHS sections (standard fencing rail) with 50x50x1.5 SHS sections which achieve outstanding results! Intertek conducted the Load Testing. The two steel hollow sections joined together deformed with near 1 tonne of force with the Kwiktech connectors showing no signs of damage in both tests!... The tests were conducted to confirm Kwiktech’s soon to be released designs for high structural ratings, engineered by Triaxial Consulting. Kwiktech’s Founder & Director Nick Schutz is currently working hard to use these results in conjunction with engineering design calculations for mass production Flat-Pack Light Hollow MetalFabrication DIY concepts. The new concept of joining 50X50 to 50X50 using 38X25 Fencing railing within has unleashed the Kwiktech fabrication beast to unlimited concepts. Nick’s background as a Boilermaker & Welding Supervisor backs the kwiktech connections 100% as the patented designed connections are mass-produced units and will perform the same every time, no matter who fixes them in place, minimal skills required! 04.01.2022 Kwiktech going from strength to strength! Kwiktech configures two sections of galvanized RHS to create a hollow tee section for extra metal strength and rigidity for longer spans. Intertek conducted Load Test showing failure in the RHS configuration proving yet again Kwiktech ensures your lightweight hollow metal framework is as strong as the hollow metal itself.... Kwiktech is now under new management and is focused on supporting Kwiktech dealers with more technical support. Triaxial Consulting is currently working on a number of engineering calculation packages to ensure Kwiktech designs meet the highest possible ratings. The mechanical test reports will be added to each engineering package as supporting documentation. New and improved easy to follow drawings with clear Bill of Materials (BOM’s) will soon be accessible via the Kwiktech website ensuring Kwiktech dealers have minimal work with greater turnover.
