18.01.2022 It’s Finals Season Today we hosted the semi-final of our Friday morning ladies netball competition. Brofessionals (35) defeated The Flamingos (27)... Coasters defeated Stingers (forfeit) To all our Friday morning teams, thank you for a terrific season through what have been some very trying times. Even though this season hasn’t run as per normal due to COVID restrictions, we’ve still managed to have a fun and social competition! Good luck to both teams playing in the grand final next week! 12.01.2022 Do you have a 1 to 4 year old who loves climbing, running, jumping and playing sports? Well we have your Thursday mornings covered with our Tiny Tots or Jumping Juniors program! Classes are designed around promoting physical activity in a fun, colourful and stimulating environment. When they come into the class they will see a fun filled obstacle course and lots of equipment for sports and games. Little do they know that while they are having an amazing time running, jumping..., climbing and playing they are improving their hand/eye co-ordination and increasing their core strength which then assists with the development of fine and gross motor skills. EVACUATION CENTRE - CITY OF KWINANA BUSHFIRE An Evacuation Centre has been established at the Kwinana Recquatic at Skerne Street and Robbos Way . A Bushfire Emergency Warning remains in place in the SHIRE OF SERPENTINE-JARRAHDALE, CITY OF ARMADALE and CITY OF KWINANA. Visit www.emergency.wa.gov.au for the full warning. - People who are self-isolating or quarantining should find alternative accommodation with family or friends who live away from the area if possible. - If this is not possible, proceed to the evacuation centre and identify yourself to centre staff immediately on arrival. - Continue to follow COVID-19 precautions and maintain appropriate physical distancing. - Please take any essential items such as medications and identification to the evacuation centre. - Pets (except recognised assistance animals) are not allowed inside evacuation centres for health and safety reasons, so you should make alternative arrangements for them.
