17.01.2022 Excerpt taken from my weekly e-mail... I want to let you in on a secret... Well, it is not so much a secret, as something I tell everyone all the time !!... Health is simple, weight loss is simple. training is simple... In fact, it is so simple, you probably only need to have the capacity of a 12 year old to understand it. However, it is not easy, that is why we are still amongst the most overweight nations in the world. The simple part is just: 1. Don't eat more than your fill 2. Eat Slowly 3. Exercise often 4. Practise mindfulness The hard part is: 1. Having the time to PRIORITISE your health 2. It is not CONVENIENT 3. You have to THINK 4.
