05.01.2022 Congratulations to this super babe Tiarn Bucciarelli, she has been awarded Balmain Trainer of the Year for 2020 !! Its been one hectic year and our entire team have been and are amazing. Tiarn has been fantastic putting her managers hat on and supported the team going above and beyond at that weird time when we shut down and re-opened due to Covid. As a trainer she has always been consistently fun, vibrant, welcoming and loves a good ass kicking She has grown as a person sh...ining bright from the inside out. Well done Tiarn ! Looking forward to 2021 KX Balmain.

04.01.2022 Chris and Jolene were spring chickens over 5 years ago in this picture when we first opened !! Needless to say we have change a little bit We have been busy behind the scenes preparing for something very exciting coming to Balmain and given we have been open for 5+ years, a change is as good as a holiday as they say! so GET EXCITED BALMAIN This does mean we will have to close our studio for one day on Friday 20th, if you are booked into class we will take care of ...you, expect a call from us today. You may have also seen we have a few classes cancelled late Sun 22nd to early Monday 23rd, this is totally unrelated as we are having our annual Xmas party and giving our team a much needed acknowledgement and a good time as we near the end of crazy 2020.
