She has over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry, but has found she just LOVES teaching classes! She is currently studying movement Pilates and thrives on getting people to move!... She loves travel (when not in lockdown), friends, food and her two naughty dogs Kara looks forward to meeting you all and taking you for some killer, fun and creative sessions!

18.01.2022 Due to recent restriction changes in Melbourne, masks are once again compulsory in our studio From 5pm 31st December, we ask you to: Wear your mask to and from the studio Wear your mask up until you start your warm up (your trainer will let you know when you can remove)... Put your mask back on as soon as you finish class, before cleaning your reformer Wear your mask anywhere within reception and the studio You don't need to: Wear your mask during the workout, as soon as your class starts you can take it off and put in under your bed Our dynamic sessions qualify as strenuous exercise, therefore do not require you to wear a mask Your trainer will be wearing a mask throughout the class (we promise they'll be smiling underneath!) Thank you for doing your part to keep Melbourne Covid-safe
