20.01.2022 WELCOME to new Trainer VERITY! Teaching Thursday evenings & Sundays at KX St Kilda! Verity has been passionate about the physical and mental benefits of reformer pilates from the second she entered her first studio.... With a background in competitive endurance running, she was used to acquiring and nursing injuries throughout her fitness journey. When she then found a form of exercise that built up strength and prevented, rather than created injuries, she could not stop. In a day where we are constantly stimulated by technology, she also loves the meditative effects of reformer training - how when you are in the space, it demands your mind to be entirely present. She has always held the belief that a strong body and mind is the most important foundation for anyone to accomplish any goals in their life. Only when you care for your health properly and sustainably, can you reach your full potential in the other aspects of your life. That is why she became a trainer, to share her genuine passion for the importance of exercise, and to help others become stronger and healthier!
18.01.2022 We miss you Jess! If you’ve been booked into Jess’ class recently unfortunately we have had to change the trainer last minute - she’s stuck in Brisbane! Fingers crossed she’ll be back Saturday to work your !
