In 1878, as the region was being established, Heinrich Fiebiger performed the pivitol role of Bush Laywer for the community. 07.01.2022 It's pruning season. Each of our three varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling and Shiraz) are pruned at different times ... when their vines are ready. It's time for Shiraz this week. Pruning is an essential process and a chance to set up the vines for the right canopy growth during growing season. A chilly but necessary process.
