14.01.2022 Week 6 kicked to the curb!! This weeks was LEGS, they moaned and they whinged, and for good reasons! Leg day is bad enough for people never mind a whole week with them as a focus! The team did really well to get through it and are feeling fantastic! Legs is very important in your weekly routine, whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, or strength gain your after, leg day has you covered!
