FAQ's & T&C’s Open Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 8:30am-6:00pm (out of hours appointments may be arranged for brides/bridal parties) During business hours I’m back to back with clients and can’t always respond to enquiries until after hours. By appointment ONLY. Any available last minute appointment openings will be posted on this page. In the instance of a no show or if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, if you are rebooked there will be a fee and you will be asked to be pay in advance. Please do not wait for your reminder message to let me know if you cannot make it if previously known. No sorry I do not do SNS. If you are running late - Less than 15 minutes I will try and accommodate you but we may not be able to add Nail Art to this appointment. Any more than 15 minutes and your appointment will have to be cancelled with a fee as it puts my whole day behind. Prices are subject to change at anytime but will always be posted to my page. Payment can be made with CASH. Please inform me of sickness BEFORE you arrive incase we need to reschedule. Hand sanitiser must be applied before appointment. WHEN BOOKING YOU ACCEPT THE BELOW TERMS 1 So I can make sure your nails are high quality please limit distractions with children and phone use etc. Any use of your hands may affect the preparation already done and can affect the longevity of your nails. For this same reason, please remember to keep your hands on the table once the preparation is done and the product is ready to be applied. 2 I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including and not limited to frequent cancellations, no shows, and failure to comply with the policies I have in place for my business. 3 Due to Covid-19 and the use of sharp tools, hazardous equipment and products I politely ask that children do not attend appointments with you. 4 Life is not perfect and understandably sometimes you need to change your schedule, but I kindly ask that you give me 24-hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged $35 for the time of service/s booked. Thank you and please feel free to ask any questions if unsure
