22.01.2022 SIMPLE NUTRITION TIP Are your one of those people that is normally really good with your diet, but one night of the week, you get huge cravings and end up binging and eating everything you can get your hands onto? If so, my advice to you is too wake up the next morning, forget about the night before, and get straight back onto your diet. ... Simple. The problem with most people is that they will have that binge, then the next day they'll eat next to no food, then end up starving them selves and find they're in the exact same position as what they were in just a few days ago. So rather then doing this cycle of binge, repeat, binge, repeat... Get straight back on to your diet, no regrets, and move on!

13.01.2022 If your goal is to put on quality lean muscle, here’s 4 tips that may be your answer to success! Calorie surplus - If you aren’t in a calorie surplus (eating more calories then what your body typically burns in a day) your going to find it extremely hard, if not impossible, to build that muscle you are after. Eat more protein - Protein is the one macronutrient that will help repair and help tissue growth. When we are in the gym lifting weights, we are tearing our m...uscle fibres which will then hopefully allow our muscles to grow back bigger and stronger!! Eat more protein! Track your calories and macronutrients! If you don’t know how many calories you are eating in a day, how do you know your eating enough? If your gaining weight/fat to quickly, how do you know many calories you need to help reduce this? Take the guessing out of your diet and start tracking your calories! Stick to a program! We’ve all heard that one line where people say always keep the body guessing or shock the body haha. Yes, sure this can be used to help with progress. But if your training volume (weight x sets x reps) is not gradually going up, you are not going to get any stronger, nor will you be seeing as much progress in the gym as you would like. I’m not saying stick to the same workouts every week, but for most of all try and keep it similar and look to progress in weight, sets and reps and get strong AF. When people want to drop those kg's, most of them head straight to the treadmill, cross trainer or bike to feel that burn and sweat out some calories.. sure it can help your calorie expenditure for the day, but lifting weight is what will reshape your body and lead you the to results ...you are really looking for!
