23.01.2022 6:30am CLASSES Hands up for interest in 6:30am classes

23.01.2022 WOD You can either do 30 seconds on 10 seconds rest for 3 rounds of each set or 12-15 reps of each exercise for 3 rounds of each set. Have fun Dumbbell workout. If you don’t have a set of dumbbells, don’t worry you can still do this without them. You can also add dumbbells into any of the body weight workouts too.

17.01.2022 WOD HIIT 30 seconds on 12 seconds rest. Complete 3 rounds

17.01.2022 WOD SUPERSETS Grab a set of dumbbells if you have them (or a resistance band). Complete both exercises back to back without resting. Rest after completing both. Aim for 2-3 sets of each superset before moving on to the next pair of exercises.

13.01.2022 WOD This is a perfect workout if you’re short on time. Set a timer for whatever time you have (up to 20 mins). Start with 1 rep of each for round 1, then 2 reps of each for round 2, 3 reps for round 3....... See how many rounds you can do!

08.01.2022 WOD Core. 3 options: 6 minute workout- set a timer for 50 seconds work: 10 seconds rest, complete 1 round. Set a timer for 30 sec on, 10 sec rest and complete 3 rounds. Alternative complete 20 reps each.

05.01.2022 WOD Matrix. Complete 5 reps of exercise 1 then 5 reps of ex 1 & 2, then 5 ex of 1, 2 &3 and so on. Round 2 is the opposite, dropping an exercise all the way back to the top (5 reps of each exercise5,4,3,2,1 then 5 of 4,3,2 & 1. Then 5 of 3,2,1.....)

04.01.2022 4 0 0 C L A S S E S So today the legends Pip & Lucy did their 200th class each! It is such an amazing achievement and effort to keep showing up and to do so 200 times is incredible.
