25.01.2022 I took hubby to the zoo over the easter weekend but after I loaded my photos onto the computer, my data drive which holds all my raw images failed and I lost all that days photos. I did manage to save a couple luckily and this was one of them x

25.01.2022 I got to spend the weekend with one of my favourite girls - 12 year old XENA <3 She is such a beautiful dog with a gorgeous personality and big smile. I just hope it won't be the last time I get to see her... <3 <3

21.01.2022 This has been my little shadow for the past 8 days.... Mr Elam. I had stage 1 surgery for skin cancer on my face last Tuesday, with stage 2 happening on Friday... (FYI I got the all clear from pathology so it's all good) 2 surgeries down, one to go!! #fuckcancer I have been fairly inactive and sleeping a lot since then but this boy is no more than 2m away from me at anytime. Elam is such a sweet boy, giving me gentle kisses and little cuddles. 11.01.2022 This good looking lady is Ash. We work together at the zoo and when I was telling her about some ideas I had for a shoot, she was totally down for being my model. And what a model she is This is shoot one of what will eventually be 3 if not 4 shoots in total, and we completely rocked it. The shoot was playing with some gold foil and just shooting whatever really with very little planning. I love everything about our photos, the location, the lighting, the results and I love my amazing model I'm looking forward to our next shoot that hass a darker theme with some props thrown in for good measure. Stay tuned!!!

01.01.2022 So.... its been a bit quite over here recently and the reason why is because I have been lucky enough to land a dream job...... Since early December I have been doing photography at Australia Zoo at Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast!!!! All I can say is I absolutely love it and I have found a job a enjoy getting up to go to everyday I am learning so much and feel totally blessed. I work with amazing animals and ah-mazing people and can't wait for my next shift! Here are some pics of some of the incredible animals I have been able to meet.
