If your product is damaged in shipping from Scentsy, has a manufacturing defect, or an electrical issue, if this ever happens please contact me so I can organise a repair or replacement. Scentsy are amazing and I honestly have never had any issues with any of my warmers, but I know if I did then they would take care of it right away with no stress!
