25.01.2022 This is a long one , but please read On and watch .... it’s worth it Exactly 2 years ago I met a young mum called Stacey on the family convoy bus , we exchanged names and shared some jokes and had a lovely time . But the truth is , if your on the convoy bus it means life isn’t the best and your dealing with some pretty serious stuff ... my family were fortunate that our circumstance was changing , our son was in remission and on the road to recovery ... I ran into Stacey A few times after convoy and learnt more about her daughter Piper who has many complicated health issues . Our paths crossed again at Sydney children’s hospital where we were bed buddies in recovery after both our children were having scans done at the same time ... in general conversation it came up that , i myself was a marriage celebrant and that Stacey was engaged .... I told her then and there when your ready let me know and I’ll marry u, no charge ! Stacey did contact me and we planned a very small , intimate wedding that we were going to do in a park with only a small number of guests ( trying to keep the budget as low as possible as money is needed for medical bills ) BUT THEN SOMETHING AMAZING HAPPENED ! Another convoy mum doing it just as tough rallied up as many businesses as she could to organise the wedding of Mark and staceys dream .... it truly was amazing ! Please watch for yourself ! The illawarra truly is a beautiful place to live and the generosity and love is inspiring .

24.01.2022 *TREND ALERT* So I’ve now had the pleasure of conducting 2 consecutive ceremonies involving helicopters! Last week saw Pete and his groomsmen arrive prior to the ceremony via chopper and today’s ceremony saw the beautiful bride arrive in full flight style ! ... How did you arrive to your big day ? For me... It was a simple nice car ( a Lexus for me )

Last year I locked out three months of my calendar for a long needed family holiday to Disney and although my family holiday plans have been squashed , it now means I’m free to help those stuck in these unknown times .
