18.01.2022 Got big things happening at home, full house interior & exterior painting going on all week. House is covered in drop sheets & smells like paint, not great when youre still living in your home while all this is going on. Each afternoon I put Purify Essential Oil in all of my diffusers to help clear & freshen the air. Purify clears unpleasant odours & has a refreshing aroma. Perfect for our situation. 17.01.2022 Its been a long while since Ive posted, I must say that Ive had a very stressful couple of months. Selling & buying a house, change of plans- not buying a house, change in life, finding & moving into a rental & starting a new job. Can definitely see & feel how this has affected my emotions & my body. Time to start looking after myself. Tonight was the first time in months that I took some time for myself & went for a walk with Max the blueheeler. What a treat to explor...e our new suburb in this lovely weather. Looking forward to daylight saving, slightly warmer & can go out later. My plan is to start running again, step by step Ill increase the walks & include some jogging. Back to the gym to start weight training again this week, its going to be tough, Im going to be sore but its something that I need physically & mentally. See more

16.01.2022 12 Week Challenge is complete. I had some amazing results: Down 6kg & 38cm off waist, chest, hips & thighs. I have re educated myself with nutrition & worked hard in the gym. So excited about continuing my training & seeing more positives changes.... I've also had the pleasure to train many amazing members at Trend Fitness & I'm so proud of all of their results. I'm so lucky to have a job that I love. After my photos I do admit to perhaps over indulging slightly........or maybe a lot. I couldn't wait to have a banana & some chocolate (lots of chocolate) I'll have a couple of rest days & get back to training mid week but back to teaching classes tomorrow morning.

14.01.2022 Challenge Day 1 One of my goals this challenge is to start running again, 3 times a week, aiming for 4-5km each run. Ive been dreading it all day, making excuses, I dont have time before I pick up the kids, its raining, I have phone calls to make etc. Took my spoon of cement, put my big girl pants on, got the dog & we ran in the wind & rain. ... It wasnt the best time, we got saturated, the dog runs like an idiot (wants to chase everything he sees) but we had a great run regardless. See more

Today I had time to fill my 5L containers with the laundry liquid I prepared 2 days ago. Grated soap, washing soda & water - 2 buckets filled three & a half 5L containers. ... 12.01.2022 Oops....over indulged on the chocolate after my 12 Week Challenge photos. I'm feeling a little yuck so I've turned to my Digestzen Essential Oil - the Internal Blend Naturally gentle on the digestive system, I have taken 2 drops in a vegetable capsule and have rubbed a few drops of Digestzen & Fractionated Coconut Oil on my stomach for a soothing massage.... I love being able to support my families needs with essential oils.

11.01.2022 2019 Happy New Year to you all!! 2018 was a great year for us, Sean had a position change at work, both kids playing basketball for Greenlight & Mackenzie stepping up to play district with Tigers & continuing to do so well. Dilute the Ice Blue Essential Oil with your favourite carrier oil, like Fractionated Coconut Oil, apply to the area for a soothing & comforting massage. 06.01.2022 Last week of the 12 Week Challenge Ive had some ups & downs during the last 11 weeks, including a shoulder injury that has slowed down my upper body training over the last few weeks. Im looking forward to final photos on the weekend & then continuing my weekly training (slightly less than challenge) to maintain & work on my weaknesses

04.01.2022 Mackenzie has played 2 amazing basketball games in the last 2 days & she is enjoying a well deserved soak in the bath. Ive added AromaTouch essential oil to Epsom salts in her bath to provide a relaxing, soothing & comforting experience. 04.01.2022 Self care is so important to refresh, refuel & relax. I spent today doing the things I enjoy to nourish my mind & body. Great training session at the gym with my awesome friends, fantastic massage that Id been needing for months, some girly treatment & mowing the lawn. Mowing the lawn not so much self care but being out in the sun was just glorious today. And then a nice cup of coffee with Tim Tams. Ive learnt to include these small treats into my daily intake - I fit them into my calories & dont feel bad or guilty anymore. And yes that includes peanut butter I love it on pikelets.

02.01.2022 As the 12 Week Challenge has finished & we are about to celebrate the participants achievements, I have been reflecting on where I have come from over the last 10 years. The picture below is a comparison from Jan 2008 to Nov 2018. Jan 2008, my sons 2nd birthday, I'm 30 years old & about 6 months pregnant. I was somewhere around 90kg, always tired & didn't look after myself. Nov 2018, the end of the challenge, I'm 41 & my son will be 13 years old in 2 months. (where did that t...ime go?) After my daughter was born in April 2008 it took me almost 2 years to decide to really make an effort to lose weight, make better food choices & get my fitness level back to a point that I could go back to playing netball. I trained with a PT for 2 years until I felt comfortable enough to train myself which was when I decided that I'd like to become a PT to help other people with their health & fitness goals. I'm at a point now where I'm really happy with how my body is looking & I feel great. I'm far from perfect & have set training goals into 2019. I need to work on my legs & want to get back into running. I now combine Personal Training & Essential Oils Education to help people achieve their health & fitness goals & support their health priorities naturally. 2019 is looking great, I'm looking forward to supporting my clients with their wellness goals & achieving my own. 02.01.2022 4 weeks in tracking my daily calorie intake. Not for weight loss but for improving my nutrition & increasing my daily intake. Changing my mindset & working on myself after going through a stressful time. Each week Im feeling better & getting stronger. Ive gone from 58kg to 60kg without depriving myself, I have chocolate or ice cream every day & train 3-4 times a week. I record my measurements & compare pictures weekly to keep accountable. 01.01.2022 Beautiful morning for a walk. Little bit windy so armed myself with my Easy Air on my chest & under my nose to help feel clear & calm with my breathing. Got my new running shoes, warmed them up with a 6km walk, felt great. Started tracking my nutrition intake this week.........not for weight loss. Ive lost weight over the last couple months & not in a healthy way. Im tracking to improve my nutrition & eat more calories. As I increase my weekly training Ill also review my nutrition intake & adjust as required to ensure Im fuelling my body to train hard. For now Im enjoying eating well again & training a couple of times a week.
