06.01.2022 I just love playing with shapes and pattern and colour so I have been a lot more of it lately. So fun! I have been enjoying drawing people, but in a simple form. Definitely will do more of this kind of thing and playing around with more textures too.

06.01.2022 I have been playing around with ways I can create the little animations I used to do in Flipagram for my Instagram. I think I have found a few options that work for me... now I just need to conjure up a couple of extra days in my week to have the time to make them! I would also love to know how people get an video as their profile pic. It doesn’t seem to be an option in mine Anyone know?

05.01.2022 Who here has been onto Clubhouse? I have been checking it out this last week and really quite liking it. It is so energising chatting to other designers and artists. I met fellow long time designer @the.creative.va in there a couple of days ago and asked her if she wanted to host a room with me talking to people about Design and Canva (the free online design tool). So we have it scheduled fot tomorrow morning - Thursday 10am NSW / 9am QLD. If you would like to share your Canva experiences, get some design tips or ask some design related questions then come on into our room this Thursday. We would love to have you!

04.01.2022 A pattern I created as part of a clients branding assets. I am keen to set aside time weekly this year to create more pattern and surface design. Is feels like a bit of a luxury to get creative digitally without a client’s brief or requirements to consider. Having the freedom to experiment and create things I like, no matter how random they are. That is where magic can happen.
