20.01.2022 Where did the weekend go......Monday again already . Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, ready to tackle the working week ahead. I had a productive weekend, finally finishing the painting of my kitchen and now I am working on making my timber shelves....not much more to go .... Today's images are again from my trip to the Tablelands last week. I visited the Nerada Teahouse in Malanda for lunch and to see the Tree Kangaroos, of course. They were high up in the trees, making it really difficult to get any decent shots of them. I just love seeing them in the wild, it's such an awesome experience. 17.01.2022 I was going through my photo files and came across our 2016 Bali holiday photos. Thought I would share a few of the animal photos from the Bali Zoo. We had an amazing time there, so many different animals that I had never seen before, and one being my favourite, the Orangutan The monkey sitting on the elephant statue is actually from the Bali Monkey Forest. 12.01.2022 Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the warmer weather well here in FNQ anyway I'm still working away at my home renovations.....it is amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do for the home. Currently working on the kitchen and I can't wait until it is all finished. Today I took few photo's of my beautiful boy I'm sure he is saying 'Aahhhh nice clean tank' hahaha

10.01.2022 Took some time out from renovating today and went for a trip up to the Tablelands. We took our visiting family to Gallo Dairyland, had breakfast at Gallery 5, the big Fig Tree and Tinaroo Dam on Yungaburra side. The weather was not great and it was a bit chilly but it was great to get out the house. #tablelands #gallodairyland #gallery5 #figtree #tinaroodam #yungaburra

10.01.2022 My sister Kelly and I were up at 4am to capture this amazing early morning sunrise at Yorkey's Knob in 2017 and it did not disappoint. The colours in the sky as the sun was waking up were just incredible. Sunrise photos would have to be my favourites.

04.01.2022 Went on a road trip to the Tablelands yesterday, to The Australian Platypus Park. What a fantastic place to visit To actually see platypus in the wild, I was in total amazement and could have stayed all day photographing these amazing little animals. It was a bit of a challenge photographing the platypus, as they do not stop moving, constantly feeding and swimming. If you want to see platypus in wild, this is the place and only $7.00 entry fee. They also have a lovely litt...le café to have lunch or a cold drink. I highly recommend visiting Theaustralianplatypuspark.
