25.01.2022 If I can, you can I was gas-lighted at work I was bullied at school I was vexatiously bullied by a narcissist who threatened my family... I have been stalked I was physically, mentally and sexually abused as a child My guardian knew about it and repeatedly put me in that environment I was so hungry I ate dog biscuits to stop the hunger pains I was abandoned several times and completely forgotten about As a child many times I wandered the streets late at night barefoot looking for my guardian I was regularly fat shamed I moved houses a lot as a child I was beaten with various implements that I lost skin pigmentation to a part of my body I was kicked out of home at the age of 14 and then again at the age of 18 I have been homeless I attempted suicide twice I was in a domestic violent relationship It was mentally, physically and sexually abusive and I went back - twice I had depression I had anxiety I was diagnosed with PTSD I had PND and PNA I have had a mental breakdown I have hit rock bottom I have felt like I had lost my identity and was completely alone. I have been told most of my life I was fat, ugly, worthless and I would never be anyone or anything. If I can go on my journey and come out the other side so can you. I started this business to share my story. This is my journey to find my confidence, realise my true potential and embrace my phoenix within. I love the amazing person I am! 22.01.2022 Maya Angelou encountered Imposter Syndrome consistently on her journey. Even after she authored her 11th book - she remarked to a journalist, "Uh oh, they're going to find out now. I've run a game on everybody , and they're going to find me out." Even though she encountered Imposter Syndrome and felt like a fraud she still continued to deliver her message. ... To share her wisdom to anyone who would listen. My vision for this business is that everyone realises everything they need is within them. We can all access the tools and techniques from within to overcome negative emotions, self limiting beliefs and whatever blocks are holding us back from what we truly deserve. I am grateful that I was blessed with two beautiful girls. I am grateful for their cries of "Mum" (even when I hear it multiple times of day) because if they need anything they feel comfortable to reach out to me and ask for it. I am grateful for Miss S's confidence and how she is so comfortable in a crowded room of people to introduce herself and connect people. I am grateful for Miss B's cheekiness and to watch how she tests the boundaries. Not only does it show her learning but it also reminds me of my own boundaries. 19.01.2022 As a mum and business owner, it took me awhile to realise how many plates I was spinning. I was trying to be the perfect mum, business woman, housewife, sister, daughter, daughter-in-law, friend, etc. I was constantly feeling overwhelmed.... I burnout a few times. My negative self talk would be in my ear constantly that I was failing at everything I was trying to do. Mum guilt was constantly knocking at my door. I felt like a fraud and had no idea why I continued to try to spin so many plates. This affected my health - I was suffering more headaches. My immunity was low so I was sick more - sore throats and runny noses were regular. I was consumed by fatigue and needed to nap during the day. This started a vicious cycle as I was more stressed as I hadn't achieved anything or was falling behind in what I needed to get done so it repeated itself. I wanted to get to the bottom of it and I started learning about Imposter Syndrome. Imposter Syndrome was the key that I needed. Now I had identified the problem, I knew what I was experiencing and how to deal with it. It helped me identify when that Imposter was going to come for a visit so I could keep it at bay and so that I could continue to go out and achieve what I wanted to achieve without falling into that vicious cycle again. It also made me realise, I was juggling too much and should establish boundaries. My energy returned. No more regular headaches or runny noses. No negative self talk as I was able to stop it as soon as it started which lead me to feeling more confident about what I was doing. Feeling more confident to take action to achieve my goals allowed me to have more success in my business and personal life. Are you caught in the same vicious cycle? Relationships Australia NSW are an independent, not-for-profit organisation helping individuals, families and communities by providing counselling, mediation and relationship support services.... Today, I am grateful for this opportunity and that this journal is out there assisting people to create a positive strong foundation for their mindset.

If you haven't dealt with something in your past and that memory springs up one day - your body will produce the same chemicals it did at the time that that situation occurred. ... So that means - by not dealing with a past situation you are reliving that experience over and over again. This could be a few times or even up to a hundred times over. 06.01.2022 Over the weekend, I encountered this lovely Imposter - the Superhero. I am 28 weeks pregnant with a 2 year and and a 4 year old. Not only do I run this business by myself but I have recently launched a company. Add to that housework, learning and other life stuff - I was hurtling towards that burnout wall and almost didn't realise. Why?... Because I was too busy with my To do list. I was to "in" everything I was doing. My focus was getting it all complete before Bub #3 arrives in the new year - no ifs and buts - everything has to be done. So when people would come and ask questions or for help or adding tasks to my already full plate, I was just accepting it without thinking about the consequences even if my first response was no. Until Sunday, I hit a breaking point over a website. Websites aren't my thing and the frustration had built to such a point that I erupted like a volcano. After my explosion - it was time to reassess - why and how could I change it as this explosion was the final warning before I headbutted that burnout wall. I took a deep breath and stepped away from my computer. I made a cup of tea and took a moment to refocus. What were the important tasks that need to be completed? Can I delegate some of the tasks on my To Do list? Can I ask for help to get this website task complete so I can concentrate on other tasks that I am better at? Then I didn't rush back to what I was doing, I took the time to enjoy the moment and finish my hot tea. Two quotes popped up in my head which are so important to remember: "If you're asked to do something and your response isn't YES! Then don't do it." and Put on your OWN oxygen mask first before assisting others. So, thank you Superhero for showing up and reminding me that I need to really look at what is happening with my "plate." To care for myself and only take on tasks that motivate and excite me.

02.01.2022 Thank you to everyone for your continued support of me and my business. It has been an amazing past few months and excited to see where this business heads next - I have a lot of plans Shoutout to the amazing ladies at the Salt Therapy Wellness Centre for giving me the opportunity to run Group Hypnotherapy sessions every fortnight and also to use their office space every Friday.... It has given me an amazing opportunity to see clients face to face and witness incredible transformations and breakthroughs in their mindsets, businesses and lives. I am incredibly grateful to have this platform - to not only share my story but also the tools and techniques that I have found useful in my own journey so that you can use them yourselves to grow, evolve and find all the answers you seek within. 02.01.2022 There are so many benefits to practicing gratitude and the practice is as easy as opening up a journal or grabbing a piece of paper and writing down instances, experiences or things from the day that you are truly grateful for. Gratitude doesn't need to be reserved only for big occasions - like the birth of a baby, a promotion or a pay rise. You can be thankful for something as simple as a piece of yummy cake.
