16.01.2022 RAW.... Two days before delivery, compared to the day after delivery. Wow the female body is bloody amazing. The journey a women goes through both mentally and physically to bring life into this world is crazy. I am very lucky to have such a beautiful pregnancy and labour and blessed with an amazing, healthy little man. Taking it day by day. So can’t wait to get back to my training, as I’m finding sitting a lot has my muscles and body more achy and pains. Baby steps.
