If this trip has taught me one thing it's how damned good Kylie's Slow Dough is compared to that I've tasted in Switzerland & Italy. This one, by @baeckereikult is up there with flavour, texture and substance. I was kindly allowed to visit their bakery for a shift last night from 11pm. But instead I slept for 10 hours. We don't do the overnight shifts at #kyliesslowdough, but the dough does. 24 hour ...ferment and care and love produces a marvelous bread we are very proud of.
