12.01.2022 So those wanting to know how long to soak beans here is a list, even though they quote some beans are okay not to soak, I do soak all my beans.
12.01.2022 Found this recipe for a Chest Rub, not sure where to buy all the ingredients. Will have to do some research. Keep posted. Coconut Oil Chest Rub for Children Ingredients 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil ... 1/4 Ounce Dried Peppermint Leaves 1/4 Ounce Dried Eucalyptus Leaves 5 Drops of Lavender, Frankincense or German Direction 1. Melt coconut oil over low heat in a small saucepan. 2. Mix the dried peppermint and eucalyptus leaves with the warm coconut oil. 3. Turn off the heat and let the leaves infuse with the warm coconut oil for 3-4 hours. 4. Now it’s time to strain the herbs. If the coconut oil has solidified simply re-heat it over low heat and strain the leaves. 5. Pour into jar or container. See more
