Please be advised that cancel...lations made 24 hours prior to the appointment will be processed with no penalty. However, if you do not come to your appointment, or if you give less than 24 hours notice that you can’t attend your appointment, you will be invoiced the price of your appointment. If you are going to be late to your appointment, give us a call and we may be able to shuffle some things around. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, unfortunately we may not be able to accomodate you, as it effects our other clients. Our services are in high demand, so no shows, late arrivals and late cancellations not only inconvenience us, but our other clients as well. Giving us plenty of notice if you need to cancel will allow us ample time to provide another person with an appointment! In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we are more than happy to reschedule your appointment with no fee applied. We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of your control! Jodi began her beauty di...ploma during high school, and discovered her passion for EMMETT after a treatment she had with Carrie Griffin, the founder of Mandurah Body Mechanics. More recently, she has partaken in a remedial massage course. Jodi loves to see the visible physical change in her clients after an EMMETT treatment, and says the most rewarding part of her job is seeing the smile on peoples faces after a beauty treatment.
