20.01.2022 As our community heads back into stage 3 restrictions it is vital we continue to support each other and check in regularly with friends and family. If you know someone who is having a tough time, encourage them to chat with their GP or a mental health professional, you could even offer to help make that first appointment if they are finding it difficult. Many services are now free or subsidised, and there is no shame in reaching out for support. We are all in this together, so lets be kind to each other and continue to look out for our mates in these uncertain times. For more information and resources on mental health and support check out www.beyondblue.org.au

Having held many leadership and assistant coaching roles in Benalla, as well as being a mentor for younger players, our club is very excited t...o have Tylah leading our senior girls in 2021. 18.01.2022 The Kyneton Football Netball Club remembers Cliff Butler, otherwise fondly known as 'Butler' who sadly passed away on Tuesday. Butler was a life member and a clubman through and through, who gave so much of his time to both the KFNC and the wider community. Butler took on the role of trainer alongside Mozza in the 90’s and 2000’s and was part of Kyneton’s successful 1995 premiership side. He also marked the ground for many years with Jimmy Hocter, where they disagreed on almo...st everything from the width of the lines to the thickness of the lime, but despite their differences, they always turned up and got the job done. Butler helped out in every area of the club, from the bingo, to the bus lunches, to the presentation nights. The Kyneton Tigers committee, members and community thank Butler for his enormous contributions to our club and send our deepest sympathies to his family and loved ones during this difficult time, he will be sorely missed.
