19.01.2022 The Kyneton Tigers are excited to have Phil Hawkes on board for season 2021. Phil has a long coaching history in football and volleyball and has been involved in women's football for the last 15 years. After a pre-season training camp this weekend, the girls are ready to get back on the track this Wednesday with the support of Phil's guidance.

14.01.2022 Kyneton Women's Footy Team pre-season training camp 2021, hosted Jan 30-31st. Thanks to Camp Weekaway for supporting us, and Freya and Mik for making it happen!

14.01.2022 We are officially back at training! Monday and Wednesday nights 6:30-8pm at the Kyneton Showgrounds. All AFL Vic protocols for Covid-19 requirements are in place and being carried out at each training session. If you feel like giving footy a go, or just getting some extra exercise in send us a message to register to come down to a training session. New players are always welcome!

14.01.2022 Don't forget our first training session back is happening this Wednesday at the Kyneton Showgrounds (Bottom Oval) 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start. A great opportunity to meet new people, learn some skills and keep fit!

11.01.2022 Congratulations to Heidi Erasmus, Teagan Ainslie, Natalie Korinfsky and Jordan Savoia who are our our leadership group for the 2021 season. This group will work well to compliment each other and bring out the best in our playing group. Their ability to support, guide and lead by example will no doubt continue to grow our club in its success both on and off the field. Well done girls, and good luck for the season.

Both Teags and Nat have been longtime loyal players for the Kyneton Football Netball Club and great contributors both on and off the field. The club is looking forward to a great season and wish you both well for Round 1 today taking on North Bendigo at North Bendigo Oval at 2:30pm.

07.01.2022 As of yesterday we received the news that our football season has been officially cancelled. While we are disappointed, we understand the reasons behind the decision. Our team has been training hard ever since the restrictions were lifted and everyone was excited to really have a crack this year. Alas, we will take a break for a little while until Vic gets the Covid-19 situation under control, then reassess for 2021. Thank you to our supporters and sponsors, and to our club Kyneton Football Netball Club and Norm at AFL Central Victoria for being so supportive and helping us to navigate this difficult time. 05.01.2022 A great win to kick off round 1. The girl’s played a ripper of a game against a tough opponent in North Bendigo. Kyneton 8-19-67 def North Bendigo 0-0-0 For our game day awards:... Our Shamrock Kyneton play of the day goes to superstar Ursi Van Dyk who absolutely killed it around the ground. Major Tom's major effort went to Belinda Hateley who dominated in the Ruck all day. Donkey Kyneton high flyer award goes to Paige Webber Mirkin for her toughness in the backline and mids, Subway Australia meatballer award is for Shannon Prendergast who kicked a stellar goal after a shank in the forward line (love your work Shaz!) and finally a new award from Tysons Reef Hotel Talented Tiger award goes to Shannon White for some very nice intercepting in the backline as always! Thank you to our wonderful volunteers and supporters, and to our team sponsor Shamrock Hotel. We can’t play this game without you! Carn the Tigers!!

04.01.2022 Disappointed for the Senior men and Netballers, we know how hard they have been working in hope the season would go ahead. Our players will continue to train under the AFL Victoria guidelines until we get confirmation on what our season holds.
