23.01.2022 This weekend is our carnival, it is possibly our biggest opportunity to raise funds for our club! During the day we have a bbq, cake stall and a raffle to increase the revenue we're potentially able to raise. *If you are able to bake any goods, make jelly cups, or whip up a sweet treat for the cake stall that would be greatly appreciated by our kids.... *Set-up for the carnival will be from 7.30am, putting up gazebo's, setting out chairs, bbq area, marshalling area, selling programs and raffle tickets etc *Jobs during the day - timekeeping (multiple per lane) there will be a roster on the day, helping out in the bbq area/cake stall. * Please please please help make this a great carnival! Baked goods can be dropped off at pointscores on Friday night or Saturday morning. See you there!!

22.01.2022 Weather conditions are beginning to cause flooding in some of our local areas. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page for any announcements regarding the carnival and or possible cancellations.... A final decision will be made tomorrow afternoon

19.01.2022 Tomorrow is the final day of trade for our much loved local office supplies shop in Kyogle. Make sure you head in to grab yourself a bargain and farewell Kay & Gary! 18.01.2022 Works ongoing at Kyogle Pool Precinct As notified earlier this week, Kyogle Council has temporarily closed the splash park and toddlers pool at the Kyogle pool ...precinct whilst remedial works are carried out to the surface of the splash park. Whilst these works are progressing well, patrons are advised that the splash park and toddlers pool are likely to remain closed throughout this weekend (10/11 October) whilst clean up works are completed. Council apologises for any inconvenience that this may cause to patrons over the coming weekend. The main and medium pools will remain open as usual.

14.01.2022 Unfortunately, as a result of communications received from Swimming North Coast, we have been advised that no swimming events are to take place in the next 30 days. This includes carnivals, club nights, club championship or club presentation events. Therefore, the KSC committee has made the decision to cancel our upcoming Club Championships (20th March) as well as Club nights for the remainder if the season.... Unfortunately, this means the end of our pointscore season. All results for our pointscore season will be calculated as they stand after last Friday(13th Mar) nights club. This decision has been made for the health and safety of our children and the community. We will advise once a date has been arranged for presentation night. KSC Committee.

03.01.2022 It’s officially swimming season! The pools are all open and there are some changes to see. Council staff and contractors have been busy over the off-season, a...nd there are now accessible stairs at Woodenbong, Bonalbo, and Kyogle pools, and at the Kyogle pool we’ve had an accessible ramp constructed to the medium pool, we’ve refurbished the amenities blocks, and we’ve added a kid’s splash park! All these improvements have been made possible by funding from the NSW Governments Stronger Country Communities Program, the Federal Governments Community Development Grants. A big thanks to our local MPs in supporting Council to obtain funding for the delivery of these projects for our community.
