25.01.2022 A small size ring for an enthusiastic young man ---

24.01.2022 Nice to have a happy client , thank you for the order Malcolm.

24.01.2022 My belt to the winner of the " Spirited Fighter Award " . Presented by Illustrious Brit Karate - Ka all with a history.

24.01.2022 These went in the post a few days ago

22.01.2022 The Australian dollar is really low at present. Now is a good time to place an order, Bespoke , handmade , in fact a lifetime product that will never let you forget who you are in the fraternity of sweat and bruises .

22.01.2022 Another belt shipment on it's way to Norway. There are more of my belts in Norway than the US, One of my Norwegian colleagues recently said, " Norwegians recognise craftsmanship " after visiting the Viking Museum in Oslo, the Norwegians have always known a thing or two about craftsmanship.

22.01.2022 New Year's Best Wishes to you all. I introduced rings to the products from my workbench in 2020, I introduced my belts in 2010 followed by key chains then rings . Check through the photos and see if there is something you would like .

21.01.2022 Our women folk are precious , we must seek all avenues to keep them safe, if with training we can minimise the chance of harm we should leave no stone unturned .

21.01.2022 A happy colleague from Denmark

21.01.2022 For the post on Monday, 2 big men's rings, a child's ring , 2 belts for and another for nearby.

19.01.2022 Who needs one of these ? Your keys would look better attached to one !

18.01.2022 The Australian Dollar is currently about 70 cents US. A very good time to get a belt, hand crafted from Stainless steel and ( feral ) Buffalo hide . Do yourself a favor, a wearer is recognized by colleagues across the world,

17.01.2022 Reposting this photo from Canada, this pretty well sums up how a belt compliments a Kyokushin outfit. A simple design that says it all. I have been approached twice at an airport by Kyokushin colleagues who did not know me and just had to have my belt ---- so I sold them the belt I was wearing. Fortunately my pants did not fall down ! The first time I sold my personal belt was to Ben J Tipper at a Cameron Quinn symposium ---- years ago.

17.01.2022 My first Scandinavian client, and a recent one, trio of tough looking Vikings.

17.01.2022 Why not order an bespoke Kyokushin Dress Belt as a present for all the effort you put into 2019 s training and all that you plan to do during 2020. I can promise that when you put one of these on it becomes a positive reminder of who you are and where your training is.

16.01.2022 Now is the time to order. The foundry is about to do an investment casting batch for me so if you want one I need to know your size . At AUD $49.00 the price will certainly escalate following this batch. Just Google the International ring size chart to get your size or measure a ring that fits .

16.01.2022 One dispatch to Norway gone with Cameron Quinn, another to France , 3 prior to assembly ( now complete ) for Sweden. , two gifts, a Keychain for Germany and a pendant for Papua New Guinea . Also a contrast shot of my tan belt that I have been wearing for at least 8 years and a brand new light tan belt for France with a 3cm.black belt .

15.01.2022 The foundry tell me that the first batch should be available next week , then my work finishing and adding the Kanku begins . This is a good time to order.

14.01.2022 I just noticed that the Australian Dollar is worth .67US. cents. If you are from the US. surely this is a good time to place an order !

14.01.2022 New product , the first one , 316 stainless steel , this one became the pattern, hand made from a stainless steel nut hand filed into shape. I am taking orders now, supply will be a little slow but worth the wait . This , like my belt buckle will be a lifetime product. A great gift for an attained goal. Would you wear one ? or give one as a presentation ?

14.01.2022 This is a re post , but for a reason. When I began making these belts 10 years ago my aim was to equal an Australian firm, RM Williams country outfitters , with belt quality. Let me tell you with some pride, I exceed their quality. I make my own buckles and keepers from 316 stainless steel., my straps are Buffalo hide ( Feral ) and you can clearly see that the first row of stitches next to the buckle are doubled, all stitching by hand . Until I get more leather ( When ? ) there are 6 belts left in my workshop.

13.01.2022 This is my tenth year of production, everything comes from my workbench. My belts are in several countries and through the contacts with my Kyokushin Colleagues re orders appear in my emails and messages. Can you see yourself with one of my products ?

12.01.2022 With lockdown I have been able to develop my new rings in tandem with belt production. Like my belt buckles the rings are 316 stainless steel with a highlighted Kanku. Some clients are having their Kanku set in silver alloy, which understates the Kanku but at the right angle the effect is a class act. Priced at $49.00 AUD. they are very reasonably priced , the ring with silver inlay is a tad more expensive.

11.01.2022 The belt went to France , 1 ring to Canada another to Papua New Guinea and the others were domestic sales

11.01.2022 More polished 316 stainless steel from my workbench .

11.01.2022 Who would like one of these ?

10.01.2022 My ring blanks have arrived from the foundry , so those who have ordered will not have long to wait . I have to sort out some processes to expedite the finishing details but it will not be a long wait before your ring is in the post.

10.01.2022 Posted before but these photos tell a story. And when are you going to order yours ?

09.01.2022 I have more hides for the straps on order but this is the last batch until my delivery arrives. With the uncertainty of supply in this craziest of times if you want one now is the time. The Australian Dollar is just under 60 cents US. I have this lot in the photo and that's it until I get my leather .

09.01.2022 Nothing more heartening than a happy colleague / friend .

09.01.2022 I just posted one of the larger size to Tasmania , who would like one of these ?

08.01.2022 To those who want one, now is a good time to order

06.01.2022 The same ring , one with a vitreous enamel background and the other with a synthetic background , which do you prefer ?

05.01.2022 And that my friends and colleagues is why things I make cost what they do.

05.01.2022 The Master, the prototype ring started it's life as a 316 stainless steel nut . I ended up making four of them , as patterns for the foundry to work from . There is another " chunkier " version still at the foundry for larger hands which is due any day now .

05.01.2022 Another few parcels from my workbench . Belts , rings , pendants and keychains .

04.01.2022 Two belts just went interstate, five belts were taken to Norway by Shihan Cameron Quinn , of the five belts in the photograph with two tan examples, the light coloured one and the 28 mm. narrow belt are ready to go to France , the slightly darker tan belt is one of my personal belts that I have been wearing for eight years. All belts are made to the client's order and I meet another valued colleague .

04.01.2022 Who needs one of these to hold your trousers up ?

04.01.2022 More from my workbench, can you see yourself wearing one of these ? Quite a few people decide to have a narrow belt for business attire after buying a wide one for their jeans. Hand made from 316 stainless steel and feral buffalo hide .

03.01.2022 Two 3cm belts, one local and the other went to Norway. Bespoke to individual orders, a bit old fashioned but a personal commitment to service and quality.

03.01.2022 Some more from my work bench to the post . The Japanese prefer the 3cm belt , Europe and Scandinavia prefer the the 4 cm belt. It is going to be interesting to see how my rings gain popularity.

03.01.2022 It takes 12 separate processes to create a Kyokushin Dress Belt. Some odd photos of those processes here.I have made hundreds of Kyokushin friends who now wear one of my belts. With one , our Kyokushin Karate -ka instantly identify you as being " one of us " To all those who have one, thank you for the order , all of you collectively are my best advertising OSU.

02.01.2022 When I can afford it I offer one of these to Kyokushin organisations as a "Spirited Fighter Award " . Rare as rocking horse manure !

02.01.2022 Not belts but the Torii with the Dojo Kun is from my workbench. This was a gift to sisters who have become family to ours.

02.01.2022 The belt is for a valued member of our dojo , three of the four rings are for Norway and the other is already being worn in Denmark .

01.01.2022 The first and second editions of Cameron Quinn Shihan's book . We started at the same dojo nearly half a century ago . Cameron's journey has been more comprehensive than most . Light years ahead of mine . While there are copies of edition 2 available do yourself a favour and get one ---- you will not be disappointed .

01.01.2022 My belts are truly international , the pendants and key rings are mostly in Australia , I am keen to see where my rings are going to be more popular. Like everything I make so far they are 316 stainless steel and like the belt buckles a lifetime product.
