24.01.2022 - Hibiki 17 - Hibiki 17 Year Old Whisky is produced with a combination of grain whisky and premium malts from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, which are often aged in very rare Japanese oak. This whisky is elegant and poised, slowly revealing a clear yet complex equilibrium. In our personal opinion if you love whisky and have never tried this before you're missing out, and once you try this you'll understand completely why we say this.

13.01.2022 - Back to Business - We just wanted to answer some questions we have recently recieved in our private messages in regards to dining in at Hibiki Yakiniku -Are you guys open? ... We sure are! We have been open since the restrictions had lifted -Is there indoor seating? There sure is We are able to hold upto 65 people while still keeping with the goverment rules. - Do I need to book? We do accept walk ins at Hibiki Yakiniku but to ensure yourself a table for the time you want & for the number of people you're after it would be best to book a table. -How can I book a table? You can do this two ways You can contact us on 0421 511 122 Or you may contact us over Facebook / Instagram and we can take your booking there. If you feel we have left any important questions left out please write them in the comments below so I can answer them and Pin them for others to see.
