24.01.2022 It’s that time again! This is your ... #getyourskinchecked ... reminder post! Today was hopefully my last 3mthly checkup (pending the results of a removal I need to have next week) and I will be stepped up to 6mthly checks. This small spot of my leg was a melanoma- that is the area after the removal. I now have a very big scar as a daily reminder of how important it is to put your health first and to get your skin checked (every 12mths!) It’s my mission to raise awareness around all of those things I have fought/experienced/still battle with and this is definitely one of the most important ones!

21.01.2022 Flashback photo Are you in this pic ? I can’t wait to get back into running group sessions this week! ... I am running 4 sessions each week on the ALF timetable this Term. You will find me Thursday nights, and all 3 sessions on a Friday ! (No more Fun Friday’s though - I am now bringing Fierce Friday’s to our week! Think lots of weights and equipment!) Otherwise I am in my gym with amazing PT clients or at my computer studying



20.01.2022 Slight delay in PT boxing sessions! You might have seen in my stories that I needed a biopsy and it’s really not in the most ideal spot for boxing! Hiding right under my crop strap there But ... health first Never fear they will be back! ... Hoping I will be better healed and ok to go from week 3! If you are keen for a sesh - don’t forget we have boxing & booty split sessions at Glenore Grove on Wednesday’s! They are high vibe and full of energy ! 19.01.2022 I have started to truly believe in myself. I know my worth. I am my own person. I am not afraid to speak up anymore. My world now aligning to what I want. ... To what I deserve. Be bold. Be courageous. Be you. No one is you and that is what sets you apart. My health journey has been my greatest teacher for the past couple of years, it’s taken me a while to listen, but now I am here. I am at a place where I have to put myself first. I have to put my all into working hard at doing those things that set my soul on fire. Surrounding myself with passionate people. Continuing to challenge myself and absorb all of the greatness that surrounds me. Knowing that I am more than enough. This stands for both my work and personal life. My new motto: Just fucking own it. Don’t doubt yourself. Don’t try and change who you are because you think others want you to be/behave/look a certain way. Do what you do best and continue to be the best. Be protective of your universe. Be kind always, but also be selective about where all of your energy is being used. Those who love you for you will gravitate towards you. This is me being me and I love that for me x

16.01.2022 The doctor said to me yesterday "After all you have been though the past three years, I don't think there is anything that will stop you" BOOM! I had really started to forget how powerful my mind and body is. I had forgotten how capable and strong I really am. I still have a long way to go, but you can bet that I am back. The more I move my body, the better my mental health is, the more in control I feel, I have more patience again, the dynamic of the house is changing.. beca...use this mumma is prioritising herself again. This is my smile after my session today. Sure the sessions I write for myself might be back to basics, but who the fuck cares. It's the movement I crave, its the movement that makes me happy. It doesn't matter what it looks like, or what level it is, right now I am just so ecstatic to be moving. It's like the piece of the puzzle that has been missing is back. If you want to feel the benefits of moving, if you have been there before and you crave to feel that way again, or maybe you are wanting to start your own fitness journey then a PT session might be exactly what you need. Or you might be well into your journey and now looking to mix it up from your usual fitness regime, or maybe you are wanting that extra push to take it to the next level! I will only be taking on one more client (or a 2:1 if you want to do this with a friend) this term. That's it! One spot left.
