Over the last 7 months we have been working really hard to refine our ingred...ients and have a coeliac safe option for our patrons. With 1 in 7 people being diagnosed world wide and 5 of our staff including 2 of our chefs having coeliac we decided it was time we did something for our local community. Yes our fryers are gluten free and we also have a seperate area for Coeliac meals. We are excited to announce that we are finally up and running and cannot wait to have you here to enjoy a safe and delicious meal with no worries of contamination. 24.01.2022 Hey guys! We have some heartbreaking community news. Bradley Jones and Holley Jones have had some rough times that’s for sure! ... Recently Bradley was Diagnosed with a rare form of Leukemia called Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. With previous medical issues we understand how hard this would be on such a beautiful family. So we have decided to try and help support them in any way we can. So we’re going to be donating $1.00 from every can and parmy to this beautiful family for the next month! We will also have a donation tin available at pick up window @ the west for those who would like to donate more to help them out! We are sending this family all of our love in this difficult time

Thankyou so so much to everyone who waited so patiently we truely hope it was worth the wait! It’s been an amazing night for us in the kitchen we’re so lucky to have a great community supporting us through these times!

24.01.2022 Today we can finally say we can see a light at the end of this long tunnel of COVID-19 and hopefully get to some normality as we move to stage 3 as of tomorrow night but we need your help! The good news is we will be planning on opening this Sunday but unfortunately we have to abide by the rules that DAN the MAN has implemented. So we have come to the decision of not opening up dine in service yet due to density limits of 10 people aloud in each section of the venue but we wi...ll still be doing our Wednesday and Saturday Can & Parmy night STRICTLY TAKE AWAY ONLY! Due to restrictions we are also implementing trading hours from 12pm to 8pm daily, BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL as we can only have 20 people TOTAL inside our venue at one time, whist we are aloud 50 patrons outside our venue they must be seated, if you are asked to move on outside and refuse we reserve the right to ask you to leave we don’t want to be part of the reason the state shuts down again - if it does. We want to open our doors and KEEP THEM OPEN so please bare with us during this time as we know its difficult and we want to get out of our own 4 walls but we can only do what we are aloud to do for now and we need you to help us so we can get back to normal - so we can have a huge party to celebrate this year off with a BANG! 20.01.2022 WHAT A TURN OUT! 180 PARMYS!... YES! YOU READ THAT RIGHT! We want to say thank you so much! Everyone who come out a supported our beautiful little pub. Thank you Grace, for filling in tonight! Our wonderful kitchen staff, absolutely smashed it out and quickly learned how hectic a night at the West can be! Due to covid, we had recently hired new staff as I’m sure many of you have seen! So we were all still learning tonight! As I’m sure many of you can imagine, this would of caused some delays! We apologise! & hope that you continue to support us through this learning period and give us opportunities to continue to grow and expand our kitchen team, many of our kitchen staff are still in school and have joined our team for their first jobs! We are so proud to have them with us and look forward to watching them grow throughout their time with us. Matt & Imogen loved seeing you all out tonight & it really brought back a sense of what Pot and Parmy night used to be like. So we do thank everyone who had to wait so patiently for their dinner we hope it was worth the wait!
