In your new role you will: Work in a team to manufacture and install joinery to an exacting standard and in a timely manner Follow best practice processes using tools, machinery and equipment; adhere to OH&S procedures Communicate and collaborate with clients, ensuring strong relationships are developed and expectations are exceeded You will have: Cabinet-Maker or Joiner qualification (or be close to finishing) High attention to detail, professionalism and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products and outcomes Strong team-values, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently Proactive problem-solving and communication skills, with a drive for learning and improvement We will offer you: A challenging and exciting career move The opportunity to use state of the art machinery in a purpose-built factory A team environment where excellence is rewarded Ongoing skills training and development This role is an ongoing full-time position from 7.30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
