With ongoing expansion in WA, we are currently recruiting for a Leading Hand Preservation Works based here in Naval Base, WA. Essential Criteria:... Construction Induction White Card. 6+ Years in preservation works. NACE Qualified. Be able to manage both on site and workshop based duties. Hold a current WA Drivers License. The ability to attain Defence Base Access. Marine defence and commercial experience. Knowledge with working on Royal Australian Navy Vessels. The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following personal attributes and skills: Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business. Management of quality control across all painting jobs Promote and ensure optimal results in health, safety, environmental and quality management. Co-operate at all times with site management in ensuring compliance with client and company procedures and relevant legislation. Ensure all scope of works are completed in a safe and efficient manner. Identify and report safety hazards and take appropriate action. Applicants must: Possess high level of analytical ability with minimal supervision and with a high degree of autonomy. Be commitment to working as part of a team. Ability to be sufficiently flexible and resourceful to cope with the inherent load fluctuations of the occupation and work environment. Possess the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Strong work ethic and highly motivated. All applications will be treated with the upmost strictest confidentiality.
