22.01.2022 Was reading an article about estrogen and the metabolism which we rebalance it with Curcumin, The main active ingredient in Tumeric, Together with black pepper will help increase the absorption of the Curcumin. Drop of estrogen can cause higher inflammation levels. Which also causes expanded fat cells. These Murunga leaves (aka Moringa) provide an even stronger anti inflammatory than Curcumin and packed with other essential mineral such as Iron. Easy to find them in Asian ...stores, mostly dry packets. Adding them you a curry or even what ever you like to cook, can help. Back home my mum used the make the Drumstick Curry which you cant stop eating, and we add the leaves to quite a few curries. Specially crab and prawn. Sri Lankan curries are considered clean eating.
