Vicky (our Villa Manager) and the team have gathered their favourite dishes, including breakfast, main courses and desserts and shared the complete recipes for you to enjoy at home. Bali is currently closed to international tourists which has taken a toll on the country and the people. Rather than sit around doing nothing,... our amazing team have spent the past few months creating this cookbook so that they can continue to bring a taste of Bali into your homes - even if you can't be with them in Balian.
