A strong team is made up of strong individuals, not just the leader. 3 years ago Kim stepped back from the treatment room to focus on R&D and training in preparation to become a mother. Natural skincare doesnt mean it is hypoallergenic and many natural skincare brands contains ingredients known to irritate sensitive skin. During a workout, your skin will heat up and produce more oil, sweat and bacteria, which can result in these annoying skin conditions. But fear not, follow these tips and not only will you be feeling fit, but your skin will be too! - Cleanse your skin before your workout to remove any produc...t from the night before which may irritate the skin. - Cleanse your skin directly after your workout to avoid oil from hardening and oxidising to form blackheads and bacteria-forming pimples. This is particularly important if you are prone to breakouts on your face or body. - Prepare a zip lock lunch bag to include a flannel with a touch of cleanser for a quick post-workout cleanse. We recommend the Jane Iredale Magic Mitt as only water is needed for a thorough cleanse. Micellar water and some cotton pads is a good alternative. - Choose a lightweight moisture protection that will keep you hydrated during your workout but that allow the heat build up to escape from the skin. - Select a SPF especially for your skin type if your workout is outdoors. 08.01.2022 Heres why: it is NOT cost-effective and time consuming Dont get us wrong. We always recommend our clients to look after the neck and dcolletage because other than the back of our hands these areas are the most susceptible to photoaging and can easily give away our age. If you are using 1 or 2 serums under moisturiser plus sunscreen on top, thats at least 3 products or 3 layers you need to carry down to your neck and decollatage. Now that is not sustainable if ...youre on a budget. BEST SOLUTION: we highly recommend using a product that is specifically formulated to target the common concerns our neck and dcolletage have: sunspots, redness, wrinkles, rough flaky skin, and saggy skin especially in larger busted women. 01.01.2022 Oils have different compositions. Oily skin should avoid oils containing higher amount of fatty acids, like coconut oil, which sit as an occlusive on the surface of the skin. Though they may be good for dry skin, oil high in fatty acids can cause oily skin to break out. Oils high in linoleic acid, linolenic acid or alpha-linolenic acid can be beneficial to oily skin because these are the oils often lacking in this skin type.
