Close to 200 pizzas went through this oven last night and we just want to say a big thank you to all of our customers for the support with a GIVEAWAY! 10 x 1 free large traditional or large meat pizza voucher up for grabs.... 1 x Full 1.5kg rack of ribs with chips. That’s 11 chances of winning with a total value of $240 All cooked in our 100% Woodfire Oven, many Woodfire pizza shops use a mainly gas heated oven and place a piece of wood in with the gas flame for a smokey flavour, this causes the wood to smoulder giving a bitter smoke taste. The gas flame also makes it a lot easier to control temperature, we believe Woodfire means Woodfire and although it makes the oven harder to control and takes more skill to use, we still don’t use any other fuel in our oven, we only use Outback Queensland iron bark sourced from inland for a lower moisture content for that clean burning smokey real wood fired flavour. #nogas Due to limited seating available at this time all prizes are takeaway only.
