This Made to Measure was for a private client who wanted a Kurta but with traditional shirting detailing. 21.01.2022 MASKS ON HOLD. (Till further notice). Sorry I’m unable to do masks at the moment. For those who have ordered I’ve refunded in full. Unfortunately I’m rather unwell and in sick isolation (we are covid negative). But unfortunately my immune system isn’t as tough as this fella and his mates as we continue mother and son iso. Thank you for your understanding as I want to be 100% clear and 48 hour symptom free before making and hand handling masks again. Thanks for your understanding. Stay safe guys.

15.01.2022 I’m back.. we just got a shout out! I’m back at the cutting table and sewing table. This afternoon. There’s going to be colourways and promise there will be kids too!! Yikes got my work cut out for me again! Literally!

12.01.2022 A LIL TIED UP: for those with current mask orders sorry, I’m 2-3 business days behind atm whilst I can’t be in the studio as I’m in ISO at home awaiting my sons co-vid results. It may be a mild kids runny nose, but best to take every precaution. As everyone’s life is precious no matter the age. Yes as a sole parent working mum, I don’t get sick leave, no work means literally almost no pay. No one to tag team with at home. But thankful that at least you can get drive by supplies by loved ones, if I reach out for the need. Cancelled our outside hired supports, therapists and the like. Forces you to slow down at a moments pace. But I do think of you guys in Victoria, Melbourne and those in tougher forced lockdown around world, you guys are keeping it down. Thankful... keep those numbers dropping. #gratitude

08.01.2022 ISO-REFLECTION: Detail of Unisex Short Block. Another hard working 1st Sample of a Drop crotch Baggy Short I was working on a while back for my own menswear label whilst I was at @square1 (I miss my studios and the folks). Adapting it slightly for myself, I bought luxe Silk jacquards (in dots and stripes, wait till I post them it’s eye candy) Boyish in style but using romantic fabrics. The male version has a key chain attached and was undecided to add the top waist elast...ic or use thicker all in one elastic. It’s so comfy, I can’t wait to perfect them then LIVE in them! Gosh I hope I get back to the drafting table to do these alts to complete this one for my range. (Even it selfishly some for me!) Oh soooooo close.. As local laws from 1935, tried to make males wear stomach and chest covered shorts that also had to be skirted, most bathers rebelled and wore trunks. Here’s the trunk gang hanging by Bondi. 1940. 01.01.2022 ISO-PIRATION. I loved how this turned out so much. This was a rudimentary 1st Toile /Sample of a Made to Measure Mens Shirt commission I had earlier in the year. But I just loved it and finished Shirt was just stunning! So I’m thinking of adapting my pattern into a women’s design.
